Refund policy

This policy describes refund eligibility for Nodecomputeplus educational offerings. Prices on the website are informational; payments are collected through invoices agreed after enrollment.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on the product type, how close the start date is, and whether digital materials or live seats have already been delivered. Consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected where they apply.

Timeframe for full refunds

For cohort courses such as German Hybrid Policy Studio, you may request a full refund up to 14 days after invoice payment if you have not accessed more than Module 1 and have not attended a live clinic. For Hybrid Clinics, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 5 business days before the scheduled session.

Partial refunds

If you cancel a studio seat after accessing Module 2 or later but at least 7 days before the live redline clinic, we may offer a partial refund of 40% of the tuition, less any non-refundable processor fees stated on your invoice. Policy Brief Desk sessions already delivered are not eligible for partial refunds.

Non-refundable items

Custom employer workbooks prepared after a signed cohort package, completed Policy Brief Desk deliveries, and third-party venue costs explicitly itemized on an invoice are non-refundable. Gift credits, when issued, follow the terms printed on the credit note.

Refund process

Email hello@nodecomputeplus.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request meets this policy or requires additional detail.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. We do not issue cash refunds at the Boos office.

Cancellation by Nodecomputeplus

If we cancel a cohort or clinic, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for separately booked travel.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented serious illness or comparable hardship at our discretion. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers, where applicable, take precedence over this policy’s timelines.
